​​2.01 STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. God inspires all scripture to instruct man in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16)

2. There is One God revealed in three persons…God the Father, the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit.  (John 14: 9-11; John 16:13-15)

3. One Man’s disobedience brought death to the world and One Man’s obedience brought life to the world. (Romans 5:12-19)

4. Mankind's sin is forgiven, and mankind is redeemed through the blood of Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:21-26; Ephesians 1:7)

5. Followers of Jesus Christ are empowered by His Spirit to do the work of the Good Samaritan. (Matthew 25:35-40; Luke 10: 30-37)

6. Believers of Jesus Christ are commissioned to continue the work of reconciling mankind to God. (2 Corinthians 18-19)

7. Followers of Jesus Christ are commissioned to let their light in the world so that His goodness will be publicized and experienced by all people. (Matthew 5:14-16) 

8. Cultural Issues- Has a beginning as explained in Romans chapter five. Death reigned through the first man Adam. Until the Word of God came to the world shining His Light and giving hope to all. (John 1:1-5)

2.02 AUTHORITY OF STATEMENT OF FAITH

This Statement of Faith does not exhaust the extent of our faith. Our faith is founded on the revelation of Jesus Christ through the scriptures of the Bible.  Ministering Women NYC, Inc. have accepted the mission given by the Lord Jesus Christ to be the perpetuation of His Light, Love, and Life to the world. In faith we invite all to turn and seek the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness.
